Training Plan for Summer!!!!
I have planned to train 6 days a week, 5 days in camp! Schedual is listed below
6:45: Wake up
7:00: 845- Aerobics and Stretching and Off ice Jumping
9:00- 10:00- Stroking Class
10:00- 11:00- Jump and Spin Class
11:15- 12:30- Strength Training/ Off Ice Conditioning
1:00 – 2:00- On Ice
2:00-3:00- Stetching and Core Conditioning
3:15- 5:15- Practice On ICE
7:30 BED
I do this every week day
and then on Sunday
I just train off ice all day ( but I have not actually figured out the logistics of it)

Oh wow. Shouldn’t you make some time off, for spending with friends or just relaxing? I wouldn’t be able to handle a training schedule that rigorous for even a day, let alone for that long. But it’s your choice, so I wish you good luck!
